Camilla Stenhoff Vist was born in Dejeoun, South Korea, but grew up in Inderøy, Nord- Trøndelag in Norway.
She started her music education at the Norwegian state Academy of Music in Oslo in 2004, followed by one year at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, before she was accepted to the Opera Academy in Copenhagen in 2007.
Camilla concluded her education in 2010. That same year she sang the leading role as Blanche de la Force in Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmélites with conductur Marc Soustrot at The Royal Danish Opera Academy.
Camilla studied with her singing teacher, docent Susanna Eken throughout her studies in Copenhagen.
She is currently studying with Gregory Lamar.
